Sound Bath @ Shangri-LA, Bonita Springs

Join us for a deeply restorative evening Sound Bath led by Holly Conetta, CHTP at Shangri-La Springs to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being. After a few gentle stretches Holly will guide you into a meditative state that begins your journey into deep relaxation. Then she will bathe you in the healing harmonic vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or pain relief this immersive experience will leave you feeling relaxed, rebalanced and restored to a healthy state of flow and peaceful well-being.
